Hydrated 6 packages of 1118 yeast in 2C 110 degree water and added 3/4 of it to the large bin-C of Cab and the other 1/4 to the smaller Bin-B of cab. Bin A got a booster yesterday as did the Merlot.
Both cab bins (B & C) were around 9.5 Brix tonight.
